James A. Endicott – Lawyer

Mr. Endicott has been admitted to practice before all state courts in Missouri and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri (since 1983); all state courts in New Jersey and the U.S. District Court, District of New Jersey (since 1988); the U.S. Supreme Court (since 1999); and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit (since 2000). He is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan and The New Jersey State Bar Associations; The Missouri Bar; the American Association for Justice; and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. He is the author of “Finding Corporate Venue in Unlikely Places,” Journal of the Missouri Bar, Vol. 55, No. 6 (Nov.-Dec., 1999). He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Community Hospices of America Foundation, Inc., Springfield, Missouri.
